1.    Universal Service Fund (USF) is a company registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984 having its registered office in 5th floor HBL Tower, Jinnah Avenue Islamabad.
2.    USF invites sealed proposals from bidders registered with FBR for the Sales Tax and Income Tax & must be an Active Taxpayer (verifiable through ATL).
3.    A Single Stage, One Envelope procedure shall be adopted as per Rule 36 (a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
4.    The bid security in the form of a CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft, in the name of ‘Universal Service Fund’, of value PKR 5,000/- (Pak Rupees Five Thousand Only) must be attached with proposals.
5.    Bids/proposal shall be valid for period of 90 days.
6.    A complete set of Bidding Documents can be downloaded by interested bidders from USF & PPRA websites (http://www.usf.org.pk) & (http://www.ppra.org.pk/) and can also be obtained from office of undersigned during office hours.
7.    Last date for submission of the proposal will be 22-Dec-2020 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives in the office of undersigned.
