    1.     USF intends to hire the services of Companies/ Firms to carry out technical audit of the following USF Projects that provide Mobile Broadband Services to given areas.

    2.     Bids are invited from well reputed Companies/Firms with relevant expertise and experience, with      valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registration for the said services.
     
    3.     Detailed Bidding Documents can be collected from Universal Service Fund, 5th Floor, Habib Bank    Tower, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad, upon payment of Pak Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) in the shape    of Bank Draft/Pay order in favor of ‘Universal Service Fund’ for each project. Cheques/Cash will        not be accepted.
     
    4.     Registered applicant must submit their bids, along with a bid security of Pak Rs. 100,000/- in the      manner and mode prescribed in the RFP.
    5.     The bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach Chief Technical Officer, Universal Service Fund, 4th Floor, HBL Tower, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad on or before 04 January 2020 at 03:00 p.m. and will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.
     
    6.     This advertisement is also available on PPRA website at http://www.ppra.org.pk/.

    7.     USF Co. may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal.
