2.    Bids are invited from well reputed Companies/Firms with relevant expertise and experience, with valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registration for the said services.

3.    Detailed Bidding Documents can be collected from Universal Service Fund, 3rd Floor, Evacuee Trust Complex, Agha Khan Road, F-5/1, Islamabad, upon payment of Pak Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay order in favor of ‘Universal Service Fund’ for each project. Cheques/Cash will not be accepted.

4.    Registered applicant must submit their bids, along with a bid security of Pak Rs. 100,000/- in the manner and mode prescribed in the RFP.

5.    The bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach Chief Technical Officer, Universal Service Fund, 3rd Floor, Evacuee Trust Complex Agha Khan Road, F-5/1, Islamabad on or before the submission date at 11:00 AM. and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

7.    USFCo may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal.
