INTRODUCTION
MastungLot covers 4% of the area and 6% of the total estimated population of Baluchistan, and includes Mastung, Nushki and Ziarat districts This lot covers the Central-Western region of Baluchistan and shares borders with Afghanistan in North-West, Quetta District in the North, Ziarat District in North East, Bolan District in East, Kalat District in South, and Chagai District in South West.
Climate of Mastung Lot is hot in summers but cold in winters due to cold Siberian currents. Total settlements (Muza) in this lot are 351 with population 0.36 million, approximately. Roughly 29% of the muza in these districts are un-served covering 21% of un-served rural population of this lot.

Ltd Opening of Qualification & Services Proposals: Only Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) submitted its Qualification & Services Proposal and Subsidy Proposal on 26th September 2011. Qualification and Services Proposal was opened on the same day. Financial Bid Opening of Technically Qualified Bidders: After evaluation of Qualification and Services Proposal, PTCL was declared Technically Qualified and it's Financial Bids was opened on 2nd December 2011.
