INTRODUCTION
Mohmand Lot comprises of unserved areas in Mohmand Agency, Bajaur Agency and Malakand, Total Mauza in Mohmand Lot are 947 with an approximate rural population of 2.74 million. Around 72% of the mauza are un-served that covers 58% of rural population of this lot.
Universal Service Fund and Telenor Pakistan entered in the contract to provide basic telephony and data services to the mass population in un-served areas of Mohmand Lot on January 12, 2018.
